By accessing or using the website of Flying Roses Sport Coaching Services (“the Academy”), registering online, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Flying Roses Sport Coaching Services is a registered sports training institution in the UAE, specializing in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Holiday Camps. These Terms and Conditions apply to all website users, visitors, and registrants.

2. Physical Fitness and Medical Treatment

• • Participants (or their legal guardians) are required to inform the Academy of any known medical conditions that may affect participation prior to attending any session, including trial sessions. Participation without such disclosure is at the participant’s own risk.
  • The Academy may provide basic first aid only and will contact emergency contacts in case of medical need.
  • The Academy is not responsible for injuries related to undisclosed health conditions.

3. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

• • Participants understand that sports involve inherent risks, including physical injury.
  • The Academy is not liable for injuries incurred during normal participation unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy for any claims related to participation.
  • The Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

4. Code of Conduct

• • Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other participants is mandatory.
  • The Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel any participant for misconduct without refund.

5. Enrollment, Fees & Refunds

• • All fees must be paid in full before program start.
  • Refunds:
    • 50% refund if withdrawal occurs before the first session.
    • No refunds after the first session.
    • Medical withdrawals will result in a credit to the participant’s customer balance.
    • If the Academy cancels a program, participants may receive a full refund or future credit.
    • Refunds are processed within 22 business days and issued in cash only with signed acknowledgment.
  • Fees are non-transferable.
  • Participation may be suspended for overdue payments. Re-enrollment may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• • The Academy may change schedules or instructors as needed.
  • No refunds for cancellations due to weather or emergencies; make-up sessions may be offered.
  • No compensation for missed sessions due to personal reasons unless approved.
  • Make-up sessions missed by the participant will not be rescheduled or refunded.

7. Uniform & Equipment

• • Official uniforms are required and sold separately.
  • Participants are responsible for all personal and academy-issued equipment.

8. Media & Photography

• • The Academy may use participant images/videos for promotions.
  • Written opt-out requests can be submitted prior to participation.

9. Data Protection

• • The Academy follows UAE data protection laws.
  • Data is used only for administration and not shared without consent.
  • Records are kept for ten years and then securely deleted.

10. Free Trial Policy

• • Free trials are limited to one per participant and subject to availability.

  • Trials must be booked and confirmed in advance.

  • No-shows may result in loss of eligibility and future trial fees could apply.

  • Trial participants must follow all standard policies.

  • The Academy reserves the right to cancel, provide, or discontinue a free trial at its sole discretion and without obligation or explanation.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use this website or enrolling through our online system, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or access our content.
